Our Setting
At Crescent Under Fives we believe children learn best in an environment where they can make choices and play with freedom of choice. We provide a range of resources and activities which support all seven areas of learning both indoors and outdoors.
During free play the children have access to a variety of activites and toys that have been set up for the day in the playroom and in the garden.
Tapestry Online Journals
At Crescent Under Fives, we use an Online Learning Journal for Early Years Education called Tapestry.
Tapestry is a wonderful way for parents to see how their child spends their time with us and we use this as our main form of communication.
Parents can also share photos, videos and notes from home. These are very much encouraged and give a great talking point between staff and your child.
